    Hello Dr,

    I’m interested in trying this diet plan. However, I heard rumors that the skin becomes loose when you do such kind of a crash diet. Pls advice.

        Also I wanted to know if I can have Tender coconut sometime as water replacement.
        Also how much juice one should consume on day 7.
        Another doubt was, can we have Banana shake as I cannot drink milk directly.

          U can have coconut sometime and the quantity of juice as per the diet plan is 500ml , equal to 2 glasses . Banana Shake will add on calories so you can look for option of papaya shake .
